The Malawi Institute of Procurement and Supply (MIPS) and Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) signed a memorandum of understanding on 28th April 2023 at ACB offices in Lilongwe. The aim of the MOU is to help fight issues of corruption and fraud in the procurement and supply chain management functions in Malawi.
